It is an automatic and multi-tasking machine that is used to cut MDF boards in desired dimensions, either individually or on top of each other. Its working principle is; the desired dimensions are set with the saws and distance flanges located on the main steel shaft. Then, the MDF boards are manually pushed into the machine from the input table. The MDF boards entering the machine are caught by the pressure balls located on the machine and pulled towards the saws, cutting is done and they are ready as sliced from the output table.
Full compliance with CE Procedures
Ability to cut up to 50 mm thickness
Almost vibration-free cutting with very strong body structure
Since the cutting height and printing are automatic, it does not require any thickness adjustment.
The machine body is an open frame. It allows you to easily pass plates of the desired width.
It provides vibration-free cutting with its weight exceeding 1700 kg and 15 mm plate thickness.
Ability to cut mdf plates of the same thickness on top of each other without shifting, with 4mm and 50 mm cutting range. Less effort, more work.
Steel main shaft and pressure balls made of ore, Japanese bearing groups are ahead of their competitors with German electrical systems.
