Then, the MDF boards are manually pushed into the machine from the input table. The MDF boards entering the machine are caught by the pressure balls located on the machine and pulled towards the saws, cutting is done and they are ready as sliced ​​from the output table.

It offers vibration-free cutting with its strong body structure and also provides the advantage of taking the entire MDF plate into the system and cutting it at once thanks to its open body. There are extra side support conveyors for large single piece MDF plates. It provides great convenience for grasping and advancing the MDF plate thanks to the desktop carrier bearings on the input table.

Machine Speed ​​​​Adjustment

                          Machine speed adjustment is made, so the cut mdf comes out very good in terms of surface quality and the cutting life of the saws is extended. There is no need to adjust the thickness. Cutting can be done up to 50 mm thickness.
