After the cutting process, the parts are transferred to the unloading lift and prepared for transportation with the help of a forklift.

The WD 2800 is a professional panel sizing and MDF cutting machine equipped with high precision, powerful hardware, and full automation features. Integrated with loading and unloading lifts, this system maximizes speed and efficiency on your production line.
Raw MDF panels are placed on the rear lift with the help of a forklift. These panels are moved to the cutting unit by servo-controlled pushers, where they are sized with millimetric precision thanks to the powerful cutting motor and linear slide systems. After cutting, the resulting pieces are transported to the unloading area via the front lift, making them easy to handle and transport.
The machine is fully compatible with modern production lines, featuring an optimization algorithm, recipe-saving capability, and barcode support.
