WDCS 960 Multi MDF Slicing Machine
What is the WDCS960 Multi MDF Slicing Machine and How Does It Work?
The WDCS960 is a slicing machine designed to cut MDF sheets either individually or stacked, to the desired dimensions in an automatic and multi-cutting process.
The working principle of the machine is as follows:
The cutting dimensions are adjusted via the saw blades and distance flanges mounted on the main steel shaft. The MDF sheet is then manually pushed onto the machine via the feeding table. The sheet is fixed through the pressure rollers and pulled toward the saw blades for cutting. The sliced MDF sheets are then ready for use as they are discharged from the exit table.
Key Features:
• Nearly vibration-free cutting due to the solid 15 mm thick steel body.
• The open-frame design allows easy passage for MDF sheets of various sizes.
• Capable of making cuts with heights ranging from 4 mm to 55 mm.
• MDF sheets can be sliced either individually or stacked for simultaneous cutting.
• Carrier rollers on the feeding table facilitate easy gripping and movement of the MDF sheets.
